The three major test centers, located in Shanghai, Anqing and Weifang, can provide you with five services including flux detection, confirmation of unknown structures, preparation and separation, reaction heat risk assessment, and process package optimization, providing a strong guarantee for enterprise research and development.

Test center services:

a) Normal testing

Undertake conventional test projects such as HNMR, LCMS, HPLC, GC, XRPD, etc., and provide analysis and test support service for R&D enterprises (we have provided the service to more than 300 long-term cooperative customers currently).

b) Confirmation of unknown structures

Through elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic, secondary mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction and other analytical methods, the impurities in the process route and the unknown structure of the active substance in the natural product can be confirmed.

c) Preparation and separation

For active components of the natural product, process intermediates, small-scale test products, etc., we provide preparation and separation services from milligrams to kilograms through analytical methods.

d) Reaction heat risk assessment

Perform thermal risk analysis of various reactions through RC1, ARC and other instruments, and provide corresponding HZAOP reports and SIL rating reports.

e) Process package optimization

From the perspective of the intrinsic safety of the reaction, the process package can be optimized based on safety, economy, and practicality, especially to avoid dangerous reactions rated 4 or 5 in the existing process.
