Procurement Administrator

Responsibilities:


1. Be responsible for supplier sourcing / evaluation, assist in product development activities, and provide leadership and necessary support to subordinates to ensure on time execution and supply of quality home decorative products that meet or exceed customer’s needs / expectations;

2. Develop and lead a high-performance procurement team and hold the team accountable and competent at all times;

3. Generate and document savings. Monitor and report on KPIs to contribute to the success of the business;

4. Update supplier management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification) to obtain and develop the best suppliers and maintain the transparency;

5. Manage supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement;

6. Work closely with QC Manager to ensure product quality.


Qualifications:


1. BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent;

2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in sourcing and purchasing, above 3 years’ experience of leading a team. Working experience in a U.S. or European company is required;

3. Supplier chain management experience and necessary financial concept;

4. Negotiation and coaching & mentoring skills;

5. Analytics, result and quality orientation;

6. Project management skills;

7. Must be adaptable and proactive in identifying, developing, and capitalising on opportunities of supply chain;

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
